The main floor features a living room, full dining room, and a kitchen complete with a stove, air fryer/toaster, dishwasher and a full-size fridge. In the living room is a comfortable (memory foam!) sleeper sofa, two cozy arm chairs, plus a TV with access to Xfinity cable and all of your favorite streaming apps. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 with all new appliances, including an induction cooktop and dishwasher. Upstairs, a full bathroom with stand-up shower is recently renovated and ready for your stay. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs as well - one with a king bed, a sit/stand desk perfect for working remotely, and an ocean view! The middle bedroom holds a full-sized bed, and the back room holds a queen-sized bed. Sheets and clean bedding are ready for you as well, and each room has a closet. All three bedrooms have TVs.

- Please DO NOT flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. The sewer line is sensitive and can back up if feminine products or baby wipes are flushed. If a clog is caused during your stay, an additional charge may be added to your total of no less than $300. - No parties - Please be respectful of neighbors all times of the day - Please do not use the shower to remove large amounts of sand after the beach. - house must be fully vacated and all belongings removed by the listed checkout time. any delay is subject to a charge of $100 per hour.
