Good to know
3 bedrooms with sleeping space for (at least) 8 makes this house on the beach block the perfect place for your Atlantic City getaway. The main floor features a living room, full dining room, and a kitchen complete with a stove cook top, air fryer/toaster, dishwasher and a full-size fridge. In the living room is a comfortable (memory foam!) sleeper sofa, two cozy arm chairs, plus a TV with access to Xfinity cable and all of your favorite streaming apps. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 with all new appliances, including an induction cooktop, refrigerator and dishwasher. Upstairs, a full bathroom with stand-up shower is recently refreshed and ready for your stay. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs as well - one with a king bed, a sit/stand desk perfect for working remotely, and an ocean view! The middle bedroom holds a full-sized bed, and the back bedroom holds a queen-sized bed. Sheets, clean bedding and bath towels are provided for you as well, and each room has a closet. Two of the bedrooms have TVs. Due to our proximity to the beach and boardwalk, we do not offer on site parking. However, we do provide two street parking passes that can be used to park for free on surrounding streets (subject to availability). We are also located about 500 feet from a pay lot that can be used for additional vehicles. Some guests also choose to park in the garages at nearby Tropicana or Caesars, where both self-park and valet are available.
House Rules
Respecting Our Home & Neighbors: - No parties, please. Keep noise down to respect our neighbors. - Checkout is strict: Vacate on time to avoid a $100/hour fee. - Return parking passes: Lost passes incur a $100 fee each. Maintaining Cleanliness: - Toilets are for toilet paper only. Clogs from other items mean a $300+ charge. - No sand inside! Brush off thoroughly before entering. You can use the hose located on Charles Court to spray off before entering. Our bath towels are not for the beach. Excessive indoor sand will result in extra cleaning fees. Important Reminder: - Following these simple rules ensures a great stay for everyone!

Atlantic City’s beautiful – and FREE – beach is located less than 200 feet away from the house up the ramp and across the Boardwalk. You can be on the sand literally one minute after stepping out of your front door. No beach tags are needed and our house comes equipped with six beach chairs and a wheeled cooler. The central location of our AC Boardwalk Oasis is perfect for any adventure. You're less than a 5 minute walk to multiple casino resorts, fantastic restaurants, beach bars, nightclubs, outlet shopping, family-friendly activities such as mini golf, and Historic Boardwalk Hall.

You can walk most places from our home's central location on the Boardwalk. Nothing in Atlantic City is more than a 15 minute Jitney bus / Uber / Lyft / taxi ride away from this property. The Atlantic City Rail Terminal is a quick ride or a 1.5 mile walk from the house. The intercity bus terminal is even closer at under a mile away. You won’t need your car for anything here – so if you’re driving you can just pull up, unload, and leave it in a nearby lot for your stay!
